An important part of our operations is Service and Maintenance Department which is taking care of all the equipment we have sold and installed to our clients, during guarantee period, and per contractual basis after the warranty period expires. We are able to provide any level of service a customer requires including e-mail support, telephone technical support, on-site technical support, training on specific equipment types, part sales or exchange service. All service provided are in full compliance with highest industry standards.
Besides representing and reselling hardware and software from a number of leading world manufacturers, Kompani digiTV has also its own software development activity, an engineering force capable of designing, installing and commissioning and having designed and installed most complex broadcasting facilities in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina …
In addition to engineering, design, reselling, installation and maintenance, we support our broadcast clients by providing real-time graphics for the live coverage of major events such as sports and music festivals (those services have been rendered to Euroleague Basketball, Adriatic Basketball League, UEFA Europa league, UEFA Conference Lague, UEFA Euro&WC qualifiers… and to various TV stations and networks).
